Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and top-notch service delivery.
- Oversee statutory compliance processes, including Section 20 notices, Annual General Meetings (AGM), and service charge budget setting.
- Effectively liaise with leaseholders, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Assist in the growth and development of the block management division by contributing ideas and strategies for expansion.
- Provide support to senior management as needed, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
- Previous experience in the block management sector is essential.
- Strong knowledge of S20, AGM procedures and service charge budget setting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- A proactive mindset, ready to take on new challenges and learn from experiences.
- Relevant qualifications such as TPI or RICS are advantageous but not essential.
- Experience using Blockman (pref.) and Excel (essential).
- Competitive salary package up to £39,000 including a car allowance per annum.
