About You - The Superstar!
You’ll bring a degree qualification in a relevant discipline and be a member of a professional institute such as RICS, CIOB, or APM. Ideally, your experience will be from the buildings sector, including healthcare, residential, mixed-use, and leisure. However, a solid public sector background combined with a strong willingness to learn is also highly valued. Experience in contract administration for both JCT and NEC contracts is essential.
You thrive on delivering positive outcomes, and your digital acumen, ability to build lasting client relationships, and collaborative teamwork set you apart. Lead the Way - Your Day-to-Day Role
Managing all phases of new-build and refurbishment schemes from inception to completion.
Conducting feasibility studies, including options and budget costs for capital schemes.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and guidance.
Coordinating with stakeholders and user groups to incorporate requirements into the design brief.
Collaborating with external consultants and design team members to communicate project requirements.
Producing project execution plans and critical path programs.
Undertaking procurement of services for a wide range of consultants.
Establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems.
Coordinating and managing internal and external meetings related to the project.
Leading the change control process and managing project information flow.
Producing formal project progress and other reports.
Assisting in the preparation of business cases for capital investment.
