Location – Sharp Project: Thorp Rd, Manchester M40 5BJ
Working rota – Mix of on-set and travel (on average every 6-8 weeks travel). The travel will be balanced around the workload
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Producer, you will play a crucial role in transforming the agreed creative idea into reality, delivering the desired outcome across various channels, including digital and print media. You should possess strong expertise in photography and video production and confidently combine big ideas with creative problem-solving.
The Producer stays informed about emerging and current internal and external talent, engaging the best teams for each project. You will manage pre-production with internal teams and stakeholders, securing budgets, production schedules, and any necessary external suppliers before the shoot. You will confidently manage crews on set and on location, overseeing projects in the studio. Ensuring seamless integration of all production elements throughout the project lifecycle, you will deliver results that are complete, on budget, on time, and on brand.
Collaboration is key as you guide the production from inception to completion, ensuring the effective delivery of world-class commercial productions. You will handle large production budgets, finding creative and innovative solutions to keep projects within financial constraints. Your excellent negotiation skills will be essential in negotiating rates with external suppliers
What We're Looking For:
Significant experience in managing shoot production in a creative or production agency
Extensive experience producing both photography and video from initial concept through to postproduction including significant on set experience
The ability to supervise a team of producers, co-ordinators, and assistants
Must be organised and able to manage workloads
Excellent communicator
Excellent business acumen
Maintain a strong and broad knowledge of fashion content trends
Able to work accurately, effectively, and quickly turn work around whilst maintaining a high level of quality
Display high levels of resilience
Able to react to retail in an ever-changing environment
Must be self-motivated and pro-active
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the production process
Desire to develop deep understanding of the nuances associated with individual creative disciplines
Ability to clearly articulate ideas to line manager and other team members
Must be passionate for creative and have an interest in retail
Desire to develop and gain a greater understanding of the business
Appetite to move creative forward and create exciting, on brand campaigns
