Producer - Art + Commerce (London, UK)

Art + Commerce is looking for a producer to support a Senior Agent in the London office. The candidate’s primary objective is to oversee all production for multiple disciplines including but not limited to photography, styling, and creative direction. The candidate will work closely with the agents, talent, and clients to assist in successful completion of projects. This position requires a calm, strong, intelligent, intuitive personality. This person must be able to maintain a positive attitude, respond efficiently to requests, and communicate with people politely and effectively at all different levels. This position allows for the producer to work with a collaborative team, interacting with exceptional talent, while offering production to our artists at the highest level.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fashion production (print + film required)

Fluency in English Required, French is Preferred

Proven experience managing teams and personnel

Strong negotiator and excellent communicator

Comfortable interfacing with high level clients and artists

Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Must be able to multi-task and oversee numerous coinciding projects

Specialized knowledge of the fashion and advertising market

Interest in contemporary photography, fashion, pop culture and publishing

Daily Responsibilities

Liaising between artists and clients to produce and manage productions

Overseeing large scale productions and being the point person for artists and client

Creating and managing budgets, negotiating fees and expenses

Manage the booking of artist travel, hotel + additional needs

Supervise advance invoicing and final billing for closed jobs

Maintaining and organizing calendars and schedules for jobs and meetings

Working on photo production, including optioning crew and studios

Salary commensurate with experience
