The Role


Coordinate preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions and manage contracts. Shape a dynamic office culture by refining policies and procedures to align with our strategy. Handle disciplinary actions, performance plans, and grievances fairly. Collaborate with leadership on pay structures and perks, and assist with data migration for a new HRIS system.


Manage payroll, pensions, and rewards administration efficiently. Lead the annual appraisal and salary review process, and design impactful training programs. Oversee payroll for UK and Ireland employees, promote equality and diversity, and train line managers in key HR areas. Organize engaging team-building activities and take on various ad-hoc duties, ensuring every day is fresh and exciting.


The Person


We're looking for a dynamic individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field, and at least four years of experience in a similar role, ideally in retail or hospitality. If you have line management experience and experience handling employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, you might be the perfect fit!
