About us:

Mystery Dice Goblin is an e-commerce and wholesale brand. We primarily work within the board game niche and specialise in Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, other TTRPGs, and Board Games. Over the last year, we have grown to a point where we need marketing support.

About you:

We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Assistant to work 1-2 days a week to start (we would hope with the success of the brand we would increase this to 5 days), working from our Horsham head office who will collaborate closely with the owner to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for both the retail and wholesale brands. As a successful candidate, you will help recognise marketing trends and opportunities for growth and produce marketing materials and case studies.

Effective written and verbal communication skills is a must, as well as strong attention to detail are essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the owner, internal team, and retailers on marketing strategies
• Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities
• Working closely with both the retail and wholesale teams
• Creating marketing materials for both Facebook and Google ads
• Working with Dungeons & Dragons influences, podcasters, and affiliates to ensure a collaborative environment
• Understanding of the board game industry or board games
• Creating and interpreting a variety of reports
• Working with our external designers to ensure all brands are on point
• Organising trade shows and industry events, including and not limited to MCM Comic Con, Dragonmeet, and local board game events
• Create a community around our brand
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Knowledge of marketing, business, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Digital marketing experience is preferred
• Board game experience or Dungeons and Dragons experience is preferred

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

• Related job, training or internship experience in marketing.
