Key Responsibilities Include
Provide second and third line support of the disclosure systems
Identify and execute improvements to and monitoring of system stability & data quality
Support the delivery of key areas of core disclosure processes and that the systems and processes meet quality
and customer service standards.
Support testing of processes and disclosure systems.
Support the user journeys, customer experience and business requirements needed to deliver customer and
business outcomes in the Disclosure domain
Support changes and improvements to technology working with internal or external delivery teams
Support the training and documentation of clients core disclosure processes and systems involving the wider
teams as appropriate
Support the Disclosure teams to utilise and optimise technology capabilities to deliver their business outcomes
In order to carry out these responsibilities you will acquire deep knowledge of the Disclosure systems and
processes
The precise description and nature of your job may be varied from time to time, and you may be required to
carry out other duties as necessary to meet business needs.
Requirements
You will have the following skills and experience:
Essential Criteria
Bachelor’s or master's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field.
At least 1 years of relevant experience in related business operations, digital transformation, or IT delivery
Ability to translate internal and external customer needs into business requirements and technology/data
capabilities
Very high attention to detail and with an analytical approach to problem solving
Demonstrable experience of excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
Demonstrable ability to be flexible in both process and problem solving.
The ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
A positive and enthusiastic team player with a high level of self-motivation and drive, committed to achieving
high standards
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Azure DevOps, Dynamics365
Excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills in English
