Topps Europe creates and distributes leading sports and entertainment products include UEFA Champions League, Bundesliga, UEFA European Football Championship, Formula 1, Star Wars, and other trading cards, sticker album collections and collectibles.
Position Overview
The Junior Financial Analyst will play a key role in the FP&A team within Topps Europe Ltd. The candidate will assist in financial reporting, business partnering, forecasting and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidating Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) data from various sources. Analyse consolidated data and share insights to key internal stakeholders.
Assist the FP&A team with monthly and annual forecasts through Topps growing licence and geographical portfolio.
Work closely with sales, marketing, production and logistics to build working relationships allowing the FP&A team to get closer to source.
Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of performance by SKU in sales channels and geographies.
Prepare and distribute financial reports to key internal and external stakeholders.
Ad Hoc analysis and reports to support various business functions
Required Skills, Experience and Competencies
1 year experience preferred but not required
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills expected
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
