Job Description:

Our client’s Real Estate Investment Banking team is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join as an Investment Banking Analyst. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate interested in real estate finance, capital markets, and advisory services. The Analyst will be an integral part of the team, working on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and strategic advisory assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation of real estate assets and companies.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books, marketing materials, and client presentations.
• Perform industry research and analysis to support transaction execution and business development efforts.
• Build and maintain financial models to support transaction structuring and valuation.
• Collaborate with senior team members to manage deal processes and client interactions.
• Participate in due diligence activities and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful deal execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate finance, or related areas.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated interest in the real estate sector and capital markets.
