A Technical Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst opportunity for a growing SaaS business. The company are going through a period of upgrading their technology and the Technical Business Analyst would play a key role in leveraging modern technology to adapt and improve business processes and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Category Managers: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap through a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Document and Prioritize Requirements: Capture and prioritize business requirements for new features and enhancements.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and differentiation.
Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights from user behaviour, usage patterns, and product performance metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment, prioritization, and successful execution of the product roadmap within agreed timeframes.
Product Launch Support: Assist in planning and delivering product launches, and continuously monitor and analyse customer feedback.
Requirements:
Experienced (mid-level) BA with 3-5 years+ experience
Strong experience in SaaS/Software based product environments
Comfortable supporting Product/Project managers with associated tech project delivery
Ability to take ownership of gathering/process tech requirements, documentation, etc
Experience in a MS/.Net/Azure tech stack
Industry experience (ideally) in Healthcare or similar – Desirable
Able to attend the office 3 days per week
Available to start within 4 weeks
