Information Technology Analyst - Service Desk - Manchester
Due to rapid expansion, a top 100 law firm is now expanding its in-house service desk team and they are looking to add an IT Analyst to their pack.
You'll be reporting to the IT service manager who will hold you to account on the key deliverables within the business which include:
Delivery high quality support on an incoming line for lawyers, paralegals etc.
Being a troubleshooter, with a hands-on mentality for fixing hardware.
Responding appropriately to client situations and escalating along the chain where necessary.
Support the setup of desktops and laptops
Use and support of the Microsoft Office 365 platform
Based in Manchester
Skills and experience required:
1+ years of hands-on experience in an IT Support role in a professional services environment.
Strong customer service focus will be key in a busy setting.
Ability to manage workloads and SLA's
Active Directory user experience
Willingness to train and work with iManage and Proclaim alongside Microsoft 365.
If you've got any formal IT Qualifications this will be highly advantageous. If you are actively working towards the qualifications, this is also accepted.
Superb communication skills.
You must be based within a commutable distance of Manchester.
