Are you an experienced equality/diversity professional with a background in delivering on equality, diversity or inclusion in a large complex organisation?

We are seeking a Inclusion Project Manager to help embed our We Belong strategy, with an opportunity to be creative and think differently. The Inclusion Project Manager is expected to design and implement project infrastructure and oversee the day to day delivery of these critical workforce programmes.

The project manager will be part of the well-established Inclusion Centre team, working in a matrix way across multiple projects. They are also expected to work independently and use their initiative to problem solve, scope best practice, and develop relationships across the trust, escalating where required.

Act as an advisor to staff on EDI issues for across the Trust.

  • Define, design and deliver complex projects across the EDI and People agenda, building in evaluation approaches, governance, and co-designing interventions to ensure we achieve our operational objectives.
  • Raising the profile of equality, diversity and inclusion across the organisation and building capacity at all levels to deliver on equality objectives
  • Co-ordinate Equality & Diversity activity specifically workforce related programmes, which align with the Trust WeBelong strategy, Assisting the Inclusion Team with Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES), Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES), Reverse Mentoring, Diverse Panels, Staff Networks, Accessible Information Standard (AIS), Equality Delivery Standard (EDS2),and any other EDI related frameworks as appropriate.
