Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Business Partner EMEA Capital Equipment at Hyva. The HR Business Partner will contribute to strategic people agenda for Business Unit Recycling & Business Unit Cranes, will implement HR policies, support high performance culture, sparring with leaders & teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa, manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. This role is located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Expertise in HR Policies, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations
Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
Experience in performance management and employee engagement practices
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the capital equipment industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
