Our client is a rapidly growing organisation in Oxford who have had an impressive growth journey over the last few years, the HR function was just a few heads 18 months ago and is now a team of nearly 30 fantastic HR & Talent professionals working in a global function to support the organisation.
The need has arisen for an additional HR Business Partner to join this team to be the dedicated HR Business partner for the Oxford office. You will work with your wider HR colleagues in centres of excellence to collaborate, pull resources together and help your stakeholders resolve their people needs in a fast paced and high performance environment.
Responsibilities
Acting as a trusted advisor to your senior stakeholders and providing pragmatic and realistic advice on people matters
Help to develop and implement HR plans within your dedicated area
Work with your stakeholders on their talent performance and development plans
Resolving employee relations matters that are escalated from the HR ops function
Leading HR projects and new initiatives to maximise effectiveness
Working with HRMI to identify trends and interventions needed across your client group
Experience required
A proven track record of operating as a strong generalist/business partner in a fast paced and high performance culture, ideally a fast growing environment
Strong levels of resilience
The ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities without compromising on quality
A team player who has a positive attitude to contribute to the team
Exceptional UK employment law and practical experience of resolving employee relations matters in line with current UK employment law
