The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Identify and reach out to potential brands for partnership opportunities, focusing on those interested in garment manufacturing and sourcing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brand partners, serving as the main point of contact and managing all aspects of the partnership.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements with brands, outlining terms related to product specifications, production volumes, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of brand partnerships into our platform.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing partners to meet the quality and production standards specified by brand partners.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to brand partners, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of brand partnerships, tracking key metrics such as production efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities related to brand partnerships and garment manufacturing.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our platform and attract new brand partners.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize partnership strategies to maximize value for both our platform and brand partners.

Ideal Profile

  • bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management, business development, or partnership management roles within the garment manufacturing or fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships with brands.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a thorough understanding of the garment manufacturing process and supply chain dynamics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Passion for the fashion industry and a commitment to driving innovation and excellence in garment manufacturing partnerships.
