Your role in the Team

This is a free-form section for context – i.e. describing what the team does, why it's important to the business and how this role will fit into the team:

  • Working in close partnership with each of the product teams to design market leading Customer experiences.
  • Lead a team of data, product and UX designers to tangibly improve the engagement and performance of our product portfolio to grow market share in the UK through optimization of Customer experience.
  • Create engagement of the product through optimised Cx, using Customer data and performance as the key input. Have stated use cases that will be solved by the Cx.
  • Working in sync as a key enabler for both the leverage and non-leverage product teams to use Cx as key input for market leading proposition.
  • Drive commercial growth through improving Cx across each of our platforms and channels. Identifying opportunities to not improve conversion numbers, but drive trading activity and ALTV to the business of every Customer.
  • Foster a customer centric culture within the organization by sharing success stories and best practices.

What you’ll do

  • Define the Cx vision and strategy based on market research, player feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Identify new opportunities and enhancements to drive customer group through better Customer experience in the short and long term.
  • Coordinate with development teams to define requirements, set priorities, and manage timelines.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess product and channel performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and incorporate Customer feedback to refine and optimize the product.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless teamwork across all departments at pace.
  • Develop and implement monetization strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize revenue streams.

What you’ll need for this role

Minimum 6+ Years working as a product manager in the Gaming industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong understanding of game development processes, including design, programming, and testing.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Leadership experience of leading product, design and tech teams working and communicating effectively cross functionally.
