Our client, a leader in the leisure and travel industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead their digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital CX and e-commerce trends, and possess an innovative mindset to drive growth of online sales. You’ll also drive wider digital technologies to enhance marketing processes, operations, product management, and customer experience. We are looking for someone with a blend of leadership, technical ability and change management expertise to develop and execute e-commerce and digital strategies that align with company's objectives.

Requirements –

• Proven experience in digital leadership roles, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth and managing high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices, with experience in platform selection, implementation, and optimisation.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices across industries, with hands-on experience in digital strategy development, technology integration, and change management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive business results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and driving results under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
