My Leading Banking client are currently looking for a Head of Business Analysis to help them on a large transformation journey, implementing new systems and solutions. You'll manage a team of talented Business Analysts, whilst working with Development, Testing and Support teams in order to deliver market leading solutions.

The following skills / experience is required:
Previously worked in a Head of BA / BA Manager role.
Strong Leader who is passionate about what they do.
Track record of improving a BA function, introducing governance, etc.
Strong Analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Salary: Up to £110,000 + bonus + package
Location: London (good work from home options available)
