We are currently looking for a dynamic and highly creative Group Social Media & Content Manager.


Are you passionate about delivering the social media and content strategy for the Doyle Collection as well as actively manage the social media channels for the London hotels?


Scope of the role:

  • Develop and execute the social media strategy to drive reach, revenue and reputation, telling stories and creating content that inspires people to follow, engage, book and enjoy our hotels.
  • Work across the brand portfolio of currently 8 hotels, 24 bars and restaurants, events and retail products, across 5 cities and 3 countries.
  • Develop and execute the social media plan using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, You Tube and other relevant platforms, setting objectives and KPI's for all channels, and increasing engagement, reach and conversion.
  • Lead the creative content strategy, working with creative flair to produce and commission content including video, photography and stories that capture the experience of The Doyle Collection hotels and attract, entertain and inspire audiences.
  • Drive and grow the successful paid social marketing and advertising activity, working alongside the digital marketing team and marketing colleagues for each hotel to generate conversion.
  • Lead the community management, growing loyalty and engagement for the brand, listening to audiences through our Sprout listening tool in order to communicate sentiment across teams, and interacting with warmth and effectiveness in our customer service and daily interactions.
  • Develop the activity calendar & social media feeds for the London hotels, managing all scheduling and publishing across all existing channels and emerging social media platforms
  • Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, hotel management, and PR agencies, to ensure that social media is part of the multi-channel strategy and integrated campaign activity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work to capture and promote the experience, atmosphere and brand of The Doyle Collection hotels, from the warmth of hospitality and relaxed luxury of the experience, to the stories of our people, the glamour of the cocktail bars, the design and style of the suites and penthouses, the personalisation of the experience.
  • Create a strong and effective paid social marketing and advertising strategy, tracking results and proactively making changes to optimise performance.
  • Deliver innovative content, collaborations, and campaigns.
  • Create programming content seasons and strands, aligning with relevant moments in the calendar to create news, and platforming topics and conversations that are entertaining and meaningful for audiences and key to our brand, from our deep connection with the arts and culture, to sustainability, our Irish family heritage, and our connections with local community.
  • Support revenue generation by telling stories that inspire bookings and purchases at the top and the bottom of the marketing funnel – from growing awareness of The Doyle Collection brand and offer at the top, to driving conversion to rooms, membership, F&B and product sales.
  • Procure and commission professional high-quality videographers and photographers to capture the luxury experience and the brand, as well as capturing content directly, generating story ideas, and providing guidelines and support on content and social for the wider organisation.
  • Maximise the value of content and story assets by collaborating with colleagues to repurpose and distribute content across digital, editorial, CRM and press channels.
  • Own the content calendar for the Group and London hotels and ensure that this is aligned with the group strategy, and remains fresh and relevant.
  • Work closely with the on-property marketing teams and share and bring best practice to the individual property social media and content creation.
  • Keep across the latest about industry and social media trends, and what is new, exciting and relevant.
  • Manage and oversee the online photography portal.
