£130,000 - £145,000 + Bonus & Benefits.

We are looking for an experienced Group Finance Director to join a rapidly explaining global business.

Reporting directly into the owners this role will oversee all things finance, commercial, risk, audit, tax and compliance.

• Strong reporting, stats, VAT and Tax.

We are looking for a best-in-class Finance Director who has worked in a hands-on role that demonstrates their technical accounting ability. This would suit someone who has worked as a number one in finance for a global SME.

Ideally we are looking for individuals who come from a sub £100m turn over company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all things accounting and commercial.
• Oversee accurate, transparent financial reporting and controls, including monthly management accounts, and manage annual audit, monthly and quarterly statutory returns across 6 countries.
• Direct all accounting, treasury, foreign exchange and tax processes across the business to minimise the Order-to-Cash cycle (Operations / marketing / sales / finance), working capital requirements and maximise cashflow.
• Manage and monitor the financial performance of the company, identifying and implementing areas for improvement.
• Drive annual strategic planning, budgeting and re forecasting processes including setting financial targets and ensure robust management of the Group and country performance.
• Present insightful monthly performance analysis to the board / CEO and General Manager to help the business achieve its commercial objectives.
• Supporting CEO and General Manager on various projects, including transformation/continuous improvement, Go-To-Market strategy and Pricing modelling.
• Manage annual R&D tax Credit process.

This would honestly suit an experienced and hands on Finance Director who loves being in the detail!

Someone who is hands-on, technically excellent and happy to help build and scale a global business.
