Xcede are excited to be partnering with a global leisure company in their search for a Head of Digital Optimisation.

You will be in charge of the long-term digital strategy development and define and deliver on the short and medium-term digital product roadmap of improvements to platforms.

Regularly review and manage the performance of digital platforms and products, ensuring conversions and customer experience KPIs are realized.

You will also lead the A/B testing programs within booking platforms and support E-commerce Management teams in conducting pilots and tests to optimize sales conversion, product campaigns, product/package design, and user engagement.

Key skills/experience required:
- Experience working within the Leisure or Hospitality industry is a preference
- Experience working with substantial digital technology and data experience
