Job Description
The Global Sales Finance Team ensures long term financial viability by navigating the business to profitable growth. As a trusted advisor, we influence and drive key business decisions by providing financial insight.
As a member of the Global Sales Finance Organization, you will partner with the Americas and Europe sales leadership teams to provide financial and business insight that enables sound business decisions. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual interested in applying his/her skills within this fast-paced learning environment. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working up to 3 days in the office and from home for the remainder of the work week.
Responsibilities
Primary focus will be supporting Europe and ANZ sales teams, although some functions may also interact with the Americas
Develop a trusting business relationship as a member of the cross functional sales teams in supporting Americas and Europe businesses
Lead the month/quarter/year end closing process to deliver accurate results and insightful reporting. Responsibilities will include journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, reporting and standard analysis of variances to plan
Lead quarterly rolling forecasts and annual budgeting for your businesses
Provide highly qualitative financial and business insight:
Lead analysis that provides actionable insight to influence decisions and help drive improvement in profitability and sales growth
Develop Reseller specific profitability analysis (margin, pricing, cost to serve)
Ensure business leaders are educated on use and interpretation of financial reports, metrics, and other KPIs
Perform ROI analysis on investments and promotional activity.
Support sales leadership with ad hoc analysis
Collaborate with Global Sales Finance Team to identify and implement best practices
Key Competencies
BS degree in Finance or related discipline
Minimum of 3+ years related work experience
Financial Acumen/Strong Analytical skills
Customer focus - strong business partner
Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
Business Insight - ability to summarize complex information into actions to drive results

Ability to work across regions and departments
Openness to change and continuous improvement
Strong Systems/tools acumen – SAP, PowerBi, intermediate/Advanced Excel skills, data visualization and communication skills
