A very successful PE backed technology business based in Central London recruiting a Finance Director reporting to the CEO.
The Finance Director role will have a broad and varied responsibilities. This role will involve the Finance Director driving financial operations, budgeting, audit, cashflow, production of financial statements and reports, monitoring and maintaining internal controls. You will demonstrate the ability to deliver insightful reporting and analysis to guide commercial decision making and drive performance. You will work with senior colleagues in the business, including various ad hoc strategic projects. This is a global role and you would have ideally worked in a global role beofre.
The successful Finance Director candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) and show ability to lead and build a finance function. The successful candidate will ideally come from a PE back ground.
The role will be hybird working - three days a week in the office in Central London. This role will be paying a strong basic salary, bonus and benefits.
