Role Responsibilities

• Produce and oversee the output of all e-commerce Still Life sets. This includes booking and confirming all team and working closely with management to organise the schedule.
• Manage the still life roster, seeking out new photographers and stylists and overseeing their training.
• Demonstrate a full understanding of both the M&S Production processes and workflow systems from start to finish of projects.
• Fully support production by trouble shooting problems to have them resolved quickly and efficiently. Approach management with ideas and ways of resolving issues.
• Have good knowledge of still life photography
• Support the on-set Studio team and off set Production team with any ad-
• hoc requests and queries.
• Work closely with the sample management team to ensure a smooth
• shooting process.
• Become known & respected as a central, trusted point of contact for all
• freelancers.
• Implement new processes to seek continual improvement in existing
• workflow processes.
• Be adaptable to last minute requests and changes – ensuring any
• additional or late amendments are briefed to the onset teams.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of lighting, styling and composition.
• Creating style guides and working closely with QC department to
• maintain a clear and up to date Matrix.
• Checking retouched contact sheets and approving these daily.
• Look after and replenish styling kits.
• Some office admin and job running will also be involved in this role.

• Qualifications, Skills & Characteristics

• Proven experience of still life E-commerce production
• Good understanding of styling and art direction
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills and
• attention to detail
• Strong administrative skills
• Proficient of Microsoft Offices packages
• Must be able to work successfully in a pressured environment
• An excellent eye for detail
