Job Title: Content Editor
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Workplace: Hybrid: 3 days per week office based in London, 2 days remote
Salary: £90-100k plus benefits

Job Description:
They are looking for a Content Editor and Publisher who is passionate about creating, curating, and managing high-quality content that engages and informs our clients target audience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content strategy, editorial processes, and digital marketing. This role requires a creative thinker with exceptional writing and editing skills, who can oversee the entire content lifecycle from ideation to publication and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create, edit, and manage engaging and informative content for their website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure content is aligned with brand voice and messaging.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimise content for search engines.
- Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Manage a team of content writers
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital content practices.
- Coordinate with external writers, designers, and agencies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content editor, content manager, or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
