A bit about the role:
The HX Creative Studio is a small group of creative experts responsible for the ideation, production, and successful delivery of global creative projects from printed materials through to digital experiences that are seen by both customers and travel advisors. We’re made up of a Head of Creative Studio, one designer and two writers in house, plus a much larger group of freelancers.
As the Creative Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative process of our film projects. In this role you will work closely with our team to develop and execute creative ideas that align with our brand. You will be responsible for organising all our filming requirements, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with other departments and local markets, based in Germany, the United States, Australia, France, and Norway to ensure that our projects are aligned with our overall business objectives.

As the Creative Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative process of our film projects. In this role you will work closely with our team to develop and execute creative ideas that align with our brand. You will be responsible for organising all our filming requirements, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with other departments and local markets, based in Germany, the United States, Australia, France, and Norway to ensure that our projects are aligned with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the creative development process of our film projects from concept to final delivery.
- Organise production shoots and on set management, including development, pre-production, on set and postproduction.
- Produce and Direct video content and Live Streams, working with freelancers when required.
- Edit video content and/or manage freelance editors when required.
- Manage projects and freelancers, organising editing schedules and delivery.
- Lead liaison when working with stakeholders on changes and overseeing delivery of final edits.
- Review all production and video output and ensure it is of the highest quality and meets brand guidelines.
- Creatively input ideas for upcoming projects and pitches for new work, working with the internal team to prepare pitch decks, proposals, and pricing for new projects.
- Build on existing relationships with stakeholders, offering them new digital video solutions and ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ensure that all our master’s and raw files are clearly named, stored safely and effectively and be the gatekeeper for our server and DAM.
- Maintain our production kit and edit suite.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Knowledge & Skills:
- At least 5 years’ experience working in Marketing, Advertising or Production (client or agency side) with demonstrable experience in a creative production role.
- Extensive hands-on experience in creative production, project planning, shoot production and workflow optimization.
- Experience orchestrating the creation of content for TV, videos, print and social campaigns.
- Proficient in project management tools, and creative and production workflows.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and best practices - with a passion for staying current on social and content trends.
- Excellent organisational skills, with project, budget, and stakeholder management talents
- Ability to rapidly prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience in travel or hospitality industries a plus.
- Fluent German an advantage.
