Position Overview: We seek an experienced Corporate Finance Advisor to join our client's London team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer and media industries, strong analytical skills, and a proven record in executing successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial advice to clients in the consumer and media sectors.
• Manage corporate finance transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and restructuring.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
• Prepare and present financial models, pitch books, and transaction documents.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sectors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CFA/ACA preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking, ideally with a focus on consumer and media sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
