Our client is successful global compliance consultancy
Many of its clients are asset managers regulated by the FCA or the SEC
It is looking to hire a key professional - activities will include (but are not limited to)
Conducting due diligence on individuals and corporate entities
Liaising with the FCA and service providers
Assisting with the compliance oversight of Appointed Representatives
Assisting with monitoring reviews of Appointed Representatives
Assisting with the implementation of policies and procedures
Assisting with the maintenance and update of training materials
Providing administrative support to senior managers where required
Key Skills / Experience
1 - 2 years’ experience gained within either the financial services industry (financial services firm, compliance consultancy firm or a financial services regulator) or the professional services sector (including legal and accounting)
Degree educated or similar
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to multi-task
Must hold the right to work in the UK
