We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager, to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Yeadon. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-end clients/fashion brands. Your role will involve understanding their unique branding requirements, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver products that exceed client expectations and contribute to the growth of the business.
Location: Yeadon, Leeds, UK
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8.30am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium clients, serving as the main point of contact.
Understand clients' branding needs and provide expert advice on suitable solutions
Sales and Business Development:
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth
Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase new products and innovations
Project Management:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final delivery
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project statuses using CRM software
Prepare regular reports on account performance and sales activities for management review
Requirements
Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the retail, branding, packaging, or a related industry
Proven track record of managing high-end clients and achieving sales targets/KPI's
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation skills, with a commercially orientated mindset.
Strong organisational and project management abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
Passion for branding and a deep understanding of the importance of quality presentation
