To manage and develop the hotel sector channel and its accounts for all MHUK Brands through the proactive and innovative management of allocated resources. Responsible for high-quality execution of luxury brand, portfolio and company strategies to achieve volume and profit targets while driving efficiency and agility. Develop consistent performance metrics in a continued effort to reinforce our brand
positioning within the on trade and the hotel sector elevating luxury and our partnerships with key stakeholders.
To develop relationships with on-trade accounts to ensure optimal visibility for the MHUK portfolio
To develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve brand plan, distribution and revenue growth objectives
To further grow the existing customer universe and manage renewals of all key customer contracts
To lead contract negotiations and proposals within the sector for prospects accounts
To manage the P&L in the sector effectively and precisely
To achieve an optimal product profitability based on KPIs through a selective distribution approach
To present, sell and achieve distribution objectives of MHUK’s new products (Eminente, Volcan, Whistle Pig, Chandon Garden Spritz, Chateau D’Esclans, Arman de Brignac)
To optimize and manage credit terms with designated accounts
To effectively implement, communicate and monitor product allocation
To effectively use all the business tools available to plan, monitor, report and analyse accounts performances
To develop joint business plans with all contracted accounts and deliver excellent consumer experiences
To manage, implement and evaluate promotional activity for target accounts that will drive brand visibility
To develop and maintain all customer database for accurate business plans (e.g.: Sales Force, FIP)
To develop and strengthen relationships with wholesale representatives and key trade influencers.
To gather comprehensive competitors feedback information and actively share these internally (WeGrow)
To demonstrate initiative and interest in increasing brand and product knowledge
To deliver excellent training and education for trade and consumers alike where necessary
To host and entertain key sector individuals at MHUK events and tastings
To act as an ambassador to illustrate and share best practice through active networking
Professional experience & know how:
