"Exercise is the key to a good night's sleep" A study published in Sleep Health tracked the sleeping patterns of 1,360 adults and 1,168 children. The results? Those with higher levels of physical activity had less trouble falling asleep, better sleep quality, and felt less tired. So if you're struggling with your sleep, maybe increasing your activity levels could be the game changer. See you in club!
