We re-mix classic beauty brands for a new generation, making them even bigger beauty hits than they were first time around. Our remixes democratize beauty, they are for the many, not the few. Because we want everyone on the ‘beauty dance floor’ our top-quality products are great value. Driven by all our colleague’s creativity, agility and close connection with consumers, customers and suppliers we are able to unleash the true potential of our loved brands with a fresh start – we ‘Re-Found’ them using a start-up mentality that always ‘finds a way’. Our ‘no silos’, one-team approach drives both personal and business growth so that together we deliver outcomes that are music to the ears of consumers, customers, colleagues, investors and the planet alike.

    Our Caress team recently hit San Antonio, Texas with a fragrance-focused pop-up! Just as the Caress brand offers an immersive shower experience to #SparkYourSenses, the Caress Scent Station offered a sensorial experience with five different physical moments to bring Caress fragrances to life, including photo opportunities, samples, and a purpose tie-in. Visitors could smell the full suite of Caress products, including our new Daily Silk Bar Soap, taste ingredient-themed ice pops, see the variety of scents on offer and feel the Caress silkiness of our iconic products.  We loved being in Texas and sharing Caress with San Antonians! #Refounders #CaressScentStation Well done to the team Karen Laker, Mariah Absher, Amy Stepanian and Katherine Thomas

    Last Friday was a big day – we left Unilever having been part of their family since our creation and are now excited to be part of the Yellow Wood Partners family. While goodbyes are always sad, we look forward to the next stage in our #Refounders journey to take our iconic brands to the next level!    This week, we welcome Alfie Vivian as the new CEO of Elida Beauty. Alfie joins us from his role as Senior Vice President and General Group Manager at Tyson Foods. Prior to Tyson, Alfie was at Unilever, with key leadership roles in different regions in food, beverages, and personal care, and spending over a decade focused on North America.     With his deep personal care experience as well as a strong track record of delivering top performance through teams and people, we’re confident that Alfie will take us to new horizons, maximising value creation and driving us forward. Bring it on!

    Over the last three years, we’ve been on a huge transformation journey – and have seen incredible results. The announcement of our upcoming sale to Yellow Wood Partners is a collective achievement for us all and shows how we’ve come together as a team to deliver impressive positive momentum for all our brands, creating new routes to market and building a strong company with the capabilities and people we need to go even further. Today, we’re announcing that our CEO Jean-Laurent Ingles will step down upon completion of the sale of Elida Beauty to Yellow Wood Partners, anticipated to be in early June. He will take up the role of non-executive director for Elida Beauty in the newly formed board of directors together with Yellow Wood members. Jean-Laurent has led Elida Beauty since we were founded in 2021, having previously spent over 30 years with Unilever. We’d like to thank Jean-Laurent for his vision and passion for beauty, bringing together brands and teams around the world ready to act as #Refounders to drive growth and excite new consumers. Under his dynamic leadership, we’ve built a strong global team, delivered positive turnaround in our brands – and most importantly, have had lots of fun! Thank you for everything Jean-Laurent. Bring on the next step in the Elida Beauty journey!

    At our latest Elida Beauty Wellbeing Event, we had the pleasure of hearing Kimberley Wilson present “Brain Food: Unlocking the Power of Brain-Boosting Nutrition.”   Kimberley Wilson is a Chartered Psychologist, with a master’s degree in nutrition and the author of How to Build a Healthy Brain (2020) and Unprocessed (2023). She has a private practice in Central London and is a former Governor of the Tavistock and Portman NHS Mental Health Trust. Kimberley led the therapy service at Holloway Prison, which at the time was Europe's largest Women’s prison. The practical advice Kimberley shared with our team was invaluable, offering us all a deeper understanding of how nutrition impacts our brain health and productivity. Her insights sparked great discussions and provided us with actionable steps toward optimizing our cognitive well-being. We can see the evidence of Kimberley’s wisdom in what people are eating for their lunch!! Also the fact that over a week later, people are still talking about how great the talk was and how much it has impacted them.     Celebrating World Quality Week at Elida Beauty! As we wrap up an incredible World Quality Week, we are thrilled to share the enthusiasm and dedication our global team displayed to Amplifying Quality at Elida Beauty. 🗣️ Quality Unplugged: Our leadership team recorded videos sharing what Quality means to them. Their insights echoed the importance of trust and our shared responsibility to uphold Quality in all that we do. 🤝 Collaboration: Our teams got the chance to share their opinions as consumers, providing invaluable feedback and suggestions on how we can keep improving. 🌐 Product Demonstrations: Live product demonstrations took place across our offices, amplifying the spirit of quality in every corner of Elida Beauty. 📚 Quality Education: We explored the intricacies of our Quality Management Services in a series of virtual training sessions, witnessing remarkable attendance each day.       I am always delighted to share where our teams of #refounders infuse our brands with renewed relevance. Our POND’S team in the US are showing that the brand continues to be a high quality product accessible for everyone, a daily skincare staple especially appreciated by generations of Latina/x women and their families. Last week was Dia de Los Muertos, and our Pond’s team hosted a wonderful day with a group of Hispanic/Latinx influencers around the POND’S Día de Los Muertos Makeup Masterclass. The event was held in partnership with celebrity makeup artist, Susana Niño, together with influencer and face model, Ana Lorena. Attendees were invited to experience generational skincare favorites from the brand, while engaging in an afternoon of educational makeup application and conversation surrounding the Mexican holiday. Guests chimed in with their own personal experiences celebrating the holiday and using POND’S. Throughout the masterclass, Susana affirmed the POND’S Dry Skin Cream and Cold Cream Cleanser as must-haves for caring for your skin pre- and post-heavy makeup.
