iPX 2024 was a brilliant success last week with impact.com's greatest turnout yet! The team were there to support impact.com once again for their annual event and we have to say it was the best one yet, packed with eye-opening insights and huge opportunities for networking with some of the industry's greatest. 🙌 Below were some standout insights from the event 👀 💬 Bruce Daisley kicked off the event with a thought-provoking session on the disconnect between CEOs predicting a return to office-based work and workers preferring hybrid models. He highlighted the four essential components for a successful workplace culture: trust, control, respect, and social connectedness. 💬 Max Ciccotosto, Chief Product Officer at impact.com, shared exciting updates on the impact.com partnership management platform, including the launch of the advocate referral marketing solution and impact.com creator V1.5. He noted that the platform had seen 700 enhancements in the past year and discussed the company's work with Google on AI-driven content creation and data insights. 💬 San Sareen ’s panel debate with content creator Adrian Valia and Julia Salume from Moburst - Growth Done Right delved into creator compensation and the art of negotiating favorable terms for both creators and brands. 💬 James Bennie moderated a discussion on breaking down silos, featuring insights from Lydia Perrin (B&Q),Glosinda Goes (Skyscanner), and Maria Milenkova (Bitpanda). 💬 The final session, moderated by Marthe Berlin, explored innovation in partnerships with Daniel Harding (ENVOLVE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED), Vana Han (TikTok for Business), and Will Fraser (impact.com).
