About us
The Conveyancing Foundation is a registered not-for-profit charity. Established by conveyancers to help conveyancers, and others in the property industry, to raise awareness and funds for their chosen charities through the Charity Lotto, Grant Scheme and Be Kind We Care Initiative. The Charity Lotto: Professionals in the property industry are known for their knack for trying out new things, and the Charity Lotto gives them a fantastic way to contribute to causes they care about. The Conveyancing Foundation Charity Lotto assists conveyancers, estate agents, and other individuals in the property industry in raising funds for their preferred charities. Since its establishment in 2010, the Charity Lotto has raised over £1 million to champion truly remarkable causes, earning recognition from various industry awards. Becoming a Charity Lotto member couldn’t be simpler: just select the charity you wish to support, promote the Charity Lotto to your clients, and collect the £10 entry fee. Each month, lucky winners take home £500 in cash. Our Foundation isn't in it for profit; we're all about helping conveyancing firms raise money for the charities they love. Be Kind We Care Initiative: The Be Kind We Care initiative has been launched by the Conveyancing Foundation to encourage kind behaviour within our industry whilst also helping support charities providing mental health welfare initiatives. Regardless of how difficult everyday life can become, especially when working under pressure, it is crucial to respect one another and to be kind. Working collectively to be professional and kind in our communications can only have a positive impact. Our aim is to encourage kind and professional behaviour within our industry and raise much-needed funds to charities focused on mental health and wellbeing. We hope that the property industry embraces this initiative.

We’re so excited for Wednesday! Bring on the challenge 💪
Our annual fundraising and networking afternoon is taking place this week, raising money for a very worthy cause and bringing together conveyancers from across the UK for an afternoon of collaboration and connection. Along with our amazing sponsors, we'd love to give a special thanks to Conveyancing Foundation who came on board as official partners and have worked so hard behind the scenes to make everything look great and promote the day. Thank you, Hana Orford Jess Smith Nicola Lancaster, team work at it's finest. As an organisation working to build better relationships, this event is a really important part of our year. All funds raised go towards The Forward Trust, a charity that helps people with drug and alcohol dependence. They work tirelessly to break the stigma that surrounds addiction and fund crucial access to recovery services. We all know that working in the legal sector comes with huge pressure and for many, alcohol and drug dependence can play a part in coping with those pressures. If you're not able to attend, but might consider a donation of any size to our fundraising, please follow the link below: https://lnkd.in/erT-HwaY
