Our team delivered a bespoke Outdoor Office Olympics for the annual Harwell Cup Challenge at Harwell Science and Innovation Campus last week. Being local to Harwell, we were pleased to be trusted to deliver their activities for the second year running and watch as multiple teams competed to win the coveted cup. It's great to see a campus like Harwell put on a great annual event and we were proud to be part of it!

Thank you to Dryad Education for sharing their photos from a brilliant Crystal Challenge event. It's great to see teams working together and enjoying themselves in the sunshine!
We had a fun-filled day of team-building activities on Friday! Our entire team participated in a Crystal Maze-themed afternoon, working together to solve puzzles and gather crystals. Each team then had the chance to enter the Crystal Dome to collect gold stars for a final chance to win even more crystals! Congratulations to our winning team of Ash, Danielle, Katie, Dylan, and Rebecca! 🏆 2nd place went to the Pink Team 🥈 3rd place went to the Purple Team 🥉 This was a fantastic day where our teams built on their already strong relationships. We had a brilliant time yesterday delivering Crystal Challenge for almost 130 employees of National Grid. Luckily the sun came out and we were able to deliver outside in the grounds of Mercure Gloucester Bowden Hall Hotel. A great event for a great group with lots of new, innovative ways shown to complete the challenges!

We've been out and about delivering our Crystal Challenge event in the last couple of weeks and we recently dragged our CEO Dan along! Dan helped to look after our medieval zone which includes our Medieval Door puzzle and a bit of strategic thinking. Dan is a jack of all trades when it comes to Team Building Experiences and is always happy to muck in and help out when it comes to fun events!
