About us

We help organisations get to where they want to go, one behaviour at a time In a world that is changing so rapidly, businesses need to continuously adapt and change faster than the world around them. However, regardless of communicating new strategies, or implementing new processes, it is ultimately employees who decide whether they will adapt and behave in new ways. t-three get organisations where they need to be through accelerated behaviour change. LEADERS - Who genuinely start showing the behaviours which will get their organisation to where it needs to be. TEAMS - Translating direction into the vital team behaviours and plans which drive teams to deliver. EMPLOYEES - Targeted sustainable behaviours which turn employees into people on a mission.

Proven strategic advisor on culture, engagement and the future of work - Curious futurist and passionate creative. Principal consultant with T-three. Founder Sketches in Words. Trustee/Board Member for Eco Brixs.

TO SHAPE YOUR CULTURE…SHOUT ABOUT IT! You’ve spent all that time (and probably a bit of cash) articulating purpose, strategy and values…what next? They look great on paper. You have a nice slidedeck, they are on everyone’s email signature, jeez you even hired a sign writer to paint your purpose behind reception and the comms team produced some cute goodie bags for a desk drop. But despite all of this, when it came to the employee engagement survey, nobody mentioned any of it; purpose, strategy, values…not a dickie bird! For good or bad. You have two questions to ask at this point: 🤔 Do people know about your purpose/strategy/values/ all of the above? 😑 And if they do, do they care? Where to start? PUTTING THE 'EEEEEEEEEE' IN EVP! An Employee Value Proposition is the unique promise that your organisation makes to it's people about how you will support them, both inside and outside work, to be as successful and fulfilled in their role as possible. Rooted in your purpose, culture, and values, it demonstrates how you measure up as an employer (both internally and externally). It tells the story of how your purpose and values are demonstrated through every point of the employee journey; from recruitment and onboarding, through the day to day, to reward, recognition and departure. Delivering an EVP: 📉 Decreases annual employee turnover by just under 70% 📈 Increases new hire commitment by 30% Not to be sniffed at right? STRATEGIC STORYTELLING Storytelling is an essential skill for any modern progressive leader. Non more so than when leading cultural transformation and change. Since the dawn of time, storytelling has been man’s most powerful communication tool. Those cave drawings weren't just a neolithic humble brag of the hunter’s achievements. They played a vital role in educating about the animals and their behaviours and the dangers outside, inspiring the hunters of the future. And if stories weren’t useful then man would have invented bullet points thousands of years earlier. So leaders aren't simply spouting marketing messages or corporate communication jargon, they need to be able to craft and be confident in telling their own authentic and aligned versions of the tales of transformation. CULTURE CHAMPIONS Culture Champions are those within your organisation who 'lead' by example, advocate, support and challenge the counter culture. They will be essential in bringing your new culture suite to life. They inspire others to believe in the company's purpose and values, recognise and celebrate colleagues' accomplishments, and look for new ways to bring culture to life.  What is a Culture Champion not? 👩🏼🏫 A hall monitor 🐍 A snitch looking to catch people out 🐕 A HR guard dog 📖 There to tell tales So, your champions need guidance and support. And of course your next question is how can t-three help? Well, get your peepers into this! https://lnkd.in/eSxkpnqi What else would you add?

Last week our experts Carra Bosworth and Anthony Topham ran a session with the Marketing team over at Gateley, looking at the Power of Collaboration throughout the department and group. 🤝 Exploring psychological safety, the team discussed how they go about creating the right culture and identifying what it means to be truly collaborative. As well as looking at... 'Super Chickens' in teams, and what this means in relation to teamwork and collaboration. Can anyone spot the 'Super Chicken' below? 👇 🐔

Last week, I had a brilliant training session with my team at Gateley, led by the wonderful Carra Bosworth and Anthony Topham from t-three! 🙌 I integrated with my Gateley team earlier in the year, so this session focussed around 'The Power of Collaboration' was super helpful in creating new connections, and aligning our shared goals and individual skills. I found the collaboration map (pictured) really interesting, particularly having a think about what I've done to help others lately... 🤔

Have you ever been part of a team where no one is on the same page? 🤔 A "mental model" is how someone understands how things work and fit together. A "shared mental model" is when a group have a common understanding of a specific topic and how all elements combine to achieve a task, which can often be quite complex. In our latest blog post, Zara Whysall discusses the power of shared mental models, how they impact team performance, and the role team and group coaching can play within improving team alignment. 👇
