🌍 Supporting Suffolk Businesses in International Trade! The Suffolk Chamber International Trade Group (SCITG) recently gathered to bolster local businesses in international trade through valuable experience-sharing and insights from policy leaders. The event featured Neil Bird from Gaston Schul | Customs & Trade Control, who provided updates on customs changes, including the new Border Target Operating Model (BTOM) and the transition from CHIEF to CDS. Engaging discussions on customs challenges and knowledge sharing followed. Special thanks to Stuart Gregory for chairing the event and to Challs International Ltd. for hosting. It was inspiring to learn about Challs' journey from a small bedroom to global success with brands like Buster, Alkimi, and Bin Buddy. Thank you, Edward Burchell, for the insightful tour! Let's continue to support and grow our Suffolk businesses in the global market. 🌟 Find out more about the group and how to get involved https://lnkd.in/eeSE5Pii #InternationalTrade #SuffolkBusiness #SCITG #CustomsUpdates #BusinessGrowth #GlobalSuccess #CommunitySupport

We were honoured to share a wonderful afternoon at the Bishop's annual summer party, a beautiful event that brought together various communities from across Suffolk, showcasing the vibrant and diverse connections we cherish within our county. The collaboration between the business community and the Church highlights the power of unity in driving positive change. Together, we support initiatives that benefit the wider community, from charitable endeavours to local development projects. It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with local leaders, community members, and fellow organisations.
