Victoria’s journey with SSP started in 2007 at Copenhagen Central Station where she worked in one of our coffee shops. Fast forward a few years and Victoria got a great opportunity to join the O’learys team as a waitress at Copenhagen Airport, working at an airport for the first time. Driven by her ambition to grow and get more responsibilities, Victoria was promoted to Unit Manager for Aamans at Copenhagen Airport. Utilising her passion for the brands she got to know during her SSP journey, Victoria then became Commercial Executive for our Danish business. She now utilises the skills she gained managing a team and working for some of our favourite brands to help optimise and open exciting restaurants and shops for travelling customers. This morning, we released our third quarter trading update, covering the three months from 1 April to June 30 2024. We continued to see positive trading momentum across all regions, with Group sales in Q3 up 16% on last year. Our expectations for the full year remain unchanged. Our Group CEO Patrick Coveney and UK & I CEO Kari Daniels were at Heathrow Terminal 5 today with Starbucks EMEA President Duncan Moir and Retail Director at Heathrow Fraser Brown to celebrate the official opening of our busiest Starbucks store in the UK.   This store at Terminal 5 is our flagship Starbucks at the country’s flagship airport. The new store opened in time for the busy peak summer travel season and builds on our long-term partnership with Starbucks, which began 17 years ago.   The customer journey and efficiency are at the heart of our operations, and we’ve made sure that the design of this new store allows for quick and easy service for passengers on the go. We are pleased to announce we have secured a deal to renew our operations at Oslo Airport.   As part of the deal, we will open a number of new restaurants and cafes that were carefully chosen to cater for all passengers’ needs at Norway’s largest airport. These include internationally recognised brands such as O’Learys and several of our own food and beverage concepts; Barino Café & Bar, Ritazza, a new wine bar called Tigerstaden and Bjørn’s Backyard, which will serve international favourites with a street-food vibe.   We’re looking forward to continuing working with our client Avinor, and rising to the challenge of making a visit to one of our bars or restaurants the best part of the journey for travellers at Oslo Airport.
