At SPD, we hold SPD Values Awards ceremonies twice a year, whereby team members nominate colleagues and teams for a Values Award for exceptionally demonstrating one (or more) of our SPD Values: Agile, Caring, Innovative, Integrity and Passion to Win. In April’s ceremony, the cross-functional SPD Privacy Team won the Team Values Award for 'Integrity', and the monetary award was donated to their respective country charity. The SPD Geneva site supports the charity SOS Futures Mamans (https://lnkd.in/efRQ4uz3), and on 2nd of May, Sonia Ducor, President of the Geneva Association, joined the team to talk about the charity's objectives and purpose, and shared some touching stories of how the donations and supplies help those in need. The Team Values Award provides a great opportunity for SPD to support charities like SOS Futures Mamans and make a difference. In addition to the donation of 1’600 CHF (the Team Values Award), the team members also donated 5,310 nappies, 32 packs of baby wipes, 34 tubs of baby milk and 26 dummies.
