This achievement underscores our unwavering commitment to supporting innovative startups and driving growth within the early-stage space. 🏆 Onfido takes home the Exit of the Year Award We’ve had the honour of collecting the coveted UK Business Angels Association Exit of the Year Award on behalf of Onfido, one of the first companies to receive backing from SFC Capital. The global leader in identity verification has been acquired by Entrust, becoming one of the largest UK tech exits of the last few years. Congratulations to Husayn Kassai and the entire Onfido team on this well-deserved recognition! Congrats as well to SFC portfolio companies ORB Innovations, Ryft, 4D Biomaterials and OSSTEC, who were all finalists. 💰 Naked Energy Ltd has secured £17m million in its Series B SFC-backed Naked Energy has secured £17 million of new equity in a Series B first close. The round was led by E.ON Energy Infrastructure Solutions, and supported by Barclays (Sustainable Impact Capital) and existing investors.
