    Do you feel respected in your workplace? Do you feel like you can make mistakes without facing issues with blame? Can you speak openly in your workplace? Can you set boundaries with your manager? If you answered "no" here; it’s likely that you’re not feeling psychologically safe in your workplace. Psychological safety is ultimately built on trust and openness, between two parties. It is knowing that you can share with your employer, while giving them the platform to also share with you. We all make mistakes, and that is okay. But being trusted and open enough to discuss this and share with no repercussions is key. In the majority of conversations we are having with candidates this year – there are issues with at least one of the above.
