Lazy HR: The Eternal Job Posting and Other Corporate Horrors Forget about burning vacancies – those dusty job postings hanging around like stubborn weeds should be doused in gasoline and set ablaze. For months, sometimes years, they pollute job boards, a digital stench of incompetence. What sort of clueless buffoons are running the show? In this so-called "competitive job market," HR departments waddle along like brain-dead zombies. Think about it - some poor, ambitious sod stumbles onto what seems like a dream job within your shambolic organization. Yet, a bit of digging reveals that vacancy's been gathering cobwebs since the Middle Ages. It's a slap in the face to every eager applicant, a red flag screaming "dysfunction junction" louder than a clown parade. Is this a company where ideas go to die? The truly appalling thing is, this recruitment charade doesn't just wreck your reputation with outsiders. It's a demoralizing kick in the teeth for the poor saps already sweating it out inside those office walls. Unfilled vacancies pile up, the workload doubles, and what sort of thanks do those loyal minions get? The lingering sight of a half-assed hiring process that makes a snail look like Usain Bolt. Let's not sugarcoat this HR disaster. Either those in charge are tragically inept, or they're getting some sick pleasure out of dangling these phantom opportunities. Is it indecision? Bureaucratic nonsense? Or just a twisted way to keep employees on their toes, desperate for reinforcements that might never arrive? Frankly, I'd rather face a firing squad than trawl through a swamp of these zombie job listings. Come on, HR, get your act together! I have a question for HR: Why do they ask candidates the reason for leaving their previous company when it's well-known that most candidates have similar answers? Similarly, candidates should have the right to inquire why the previous employee resigned or if the company is building a new team. #HRQuestions #InterviewTips #ProfessionalGrowth #TransparencyInHiring
