Here are some key insights: 💡Despite 60% of businesses facing recruitment challenges over the last 12 months, a staggering 99% still proceeded with redundancies. ✈️With 23% of surveyed businesses having UK employees working temporarily abroad, and 25% on a permanent basis, it appears employers are increasingly open to overseas work arrangements to attract and retain top talent. 🚺Among our respondents, 34% reported that 25-50% of their leadership team identified as female, showing progressive strides toward gender diversity. 🌍However, only 23% indicated a 25-50% proportion of leadership who identified as belonging to an ethnic minority.
