The director has been successful in setting aside an order to appoint provisional liquidators in David-Ajibola Adeola Olabode v HMRC [2024] EWHC 1861 (Ch).   The Court rejected HMRC’s arguments that there was an undisputed debt relating to employer’s NICs on payments made to the company’s workers and has dismissed the underlying winding up petition. Ben Elliott and Tim Harry of Maitland instructed by Noble Solicitors acted for the applicant. Read more here: https://rb.gy/ildevn
