    SENIOR HOUSE MANAGER / HEAD BUTLER, MAYFAIR, £65,000-£80,000 Role: Senior House Manager / Head Butler  Location: Mayfair Salary: £65k-£80k Contract: Permanent  Start: ASAP Poppy Lane Placements are seeking a highly-experienced Household Manager / Head Butler for a semi-formal, fully-staffed Household in Mayfair, London The House Manager position is a new addition to the Household, and the Family require a senior, experienced individual to oversee, manage and supervise the existing household team, and improve the quality of service-delivery and standards This role would suit a highly-skilled House Manager/ Head Butler with senior management experience, who can help guide the team, with a focus upon ongoing staff training, and regular evaluation of staff performance. The individual will also assist with future hiring of staff – so will also encompass some Chief of Staff responsibilities The individual will also act as a confidante and advisor to the family.
