New public recycling facilities open this month at the Edmonton EcoPark. This represents over £150 million in investment to secure new recycling facilities in north London serving seven local authorities. The flagship facilities were constructed by Taylor Woodrow as part of the North London Heat and Power Project and took 4 years to complete. From 15 July, residents of local boroughs, including Enfield Council, Haringey Council and London Borough of Waltham Forest, are invited to bring materials to recycle directly to the EcoPark.
