With yesterday being our first day of our #Insight222 summer North America #PeerMeeting in Minneapolis our entire team is invigorated from the discussions. This event, part of the Insight222 #PeopleAnalyticsProgram®, brought together people analytics leaders for engaging discussions and invaluable #networking opportunities. Our agenda for the event is focused on three critical #challenges: navigating the rapid acceleration of #AI in #HR, delivering #commercialvalue with #peopleanalytics, and establishing a comprehensive people analytics ecosystem. The sessions were packed with insights from industry experts, including Justin Taylor from Cencora, who shared how people analytics can drive tangible business outcomes, and our own Jonathan Ferrar, Naomi Verghese, and Jordan Pettman, who presented on building an effective people analytics ecosystem. The day was marked by vibrant conversations and collaborative exercises, allowing attendees to learn from each other’s experiences and bring back actionable ideas to their organisations. We ended the day on a high note with a delightful dinner at 'Tullibee,' where we continued our discussions in a more relaxed setting, deepening our connections and building lasting relationships.
