Wembley's new skyline is taking shape with the second phase of our #WembleyLink project - which we're delivering in partnership with Bridges Fund Management Ltd. for Realstar Group - getting ever closer to completion. The art deco-inspired white towers, designed by Howells, sit alongside the existing brick-clad buildings that Maccreanor Lavington designed. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder….but I think Wembley Link is one of HUB’s most visually pleasing developments. Clean lines, Art Deco vibes, a great design by Howells . When complete, these 256 BTR apartments will take our two phase, Wembley development up to a total of 495 homes, delivered for UNCLE Living . So far this year, HUB has completed 892 apartments in Maidenhead and Leeds. Including Wembley Link, we will deliver 1,148 new BTR homes in 2024, a record for the business.
