You may have noticed that we’re looking a little different. That’s because from today we’re dropping ‘Group’ from our name to become ‘Havas Lynx’. But just because we’ve changed our name, it doesn’t change who we are. We’re still ambitious and driven to make a difference in the world with impactful, meaningful communications in the world of healthcare. We’re so excited to see where 2024 takes us, but it’s always good to look back at all you’ve achieved over the last 12-months. That’s why we’ve updated our showreel to include some of our standout work. Take a look… #OneHavas #HavasLynx #Rebranding #Healthcare #Creativity #Communications

We had the privilege of hosting the 4th pit stop of the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme – a day filled with passion and creativity for healthcare innovation. The day started with a warm welcome from Tony Young, Tamsin H. and Aroon Baskaradas, followed by an introduction to Havas Lynx's role in health advertising delivered by our Chief Medical Officer, Vernon Bainton. Up next, the One Off team delivered standout masterclasses on branding. Charlotte Dawson shared insights on how market research can offer objectivity and new perspectives to strengthen your brand. Adam Devey Smith’s session unpacked the strategic importance of clearly communicating your brand’s purpose – the essential ‘why’ behind it. After a quick break, we dove right into a series of sessions focused on advertising and media. James Hanson taught us how to make people care about the stories we tell, with a focus on communicating the right message, at the right time, to the right people. Our Medical Directors, Tapas Mukherjee and Freddie Lewis, then told us all about the art of storytelling and highlighted the power that the structure of our narrative can have on the impact of our stories. To close the morning sessions, Megan Lowery and Alice Taylor, shared how we can optimise media channels to leave a lasting impact with our audiences. After lunch, Vernon Bainton shone a spotlight on Airquity – an innovation challenging the racial bias in pulse oximeters. A panel featuring Nick Gompertz, Vernon Bainton, Gemma Poole and David Whitfield discussed their creative campaign and its role in advancing equitable healthcare. Our media panel then answered questions about a myriad of topics before some brave entrepreneurs took centre stage to pitch their innovation ideas to the NHS medical advisory board. And with that, the day was a wrap! From start to finish, the day was buzzing with enthusiasm and knowledge. We are excited to see these exceptional innovations make waves in revolutionising healthcare. It was a pleasure to host a pit stop for the NHSCEP. See you again next year!

We're proud to share that our CEO, Claire Knapp, was recently featured in PMLive discussing the importance of sustainability and environmentalism in the pharmaceutical industry. "Climate change profoundly impacts nearly every aspect of human health, extending far beyond the obvious connections to respiratory and infectious diseases. Research suggests air pollution contributes to a staggering 20% of global stroke deaths, and that it’s a significant risk factor for type 2 diabetes. Moreover, the rise in eco-anxiety and climate-related PTSD is leading to a notable increase in the demand for mental health prescriptions. However you look at it, the climate crisis is exacerbating existing health challenges and placing additional burdens on already strained healthcare systems around the world." Check out the full article to learn more: https://lnkd.in/e_AcSEUW We look forward to launching our latest whitepaper, Climate of Health, very soon - stay tuned! #Sustainability #Environmentalism #ClimateofHealth #Healthcare
