We are pleased to announce that Zoey Davies has been appointed as Executive Assistant to the Board. Zoey joined #TeamFGH in 2016 as Screening Administrator and quickly became an integral part of the Head Office team, aka the Google search of FGH!  Working in different positions over the last 8 years has given Zoey all the experience needed to excel in her new role.  Her previous roles have included Screening Officer, Operations Administrator, Assistant to Operations Director, Offices Manager, and most recently Shared Resources Manager. As the Executive Assistant to the Board, Zoey supports the Senior Leadership team in our purpose of #KeepingPeopleSafe. Zoey is responsible for offices and property management, admin for the board, SIA licensing management, and most importantly, to keep all the directors in line... 🫡  Peter Harrison MBA commented: "Zoey has grown with the organisation and adapted as we have done. FGH Security is ten times bigger than when Zoey first started. She has seen the growth. So having someone so knowledgeable with a good understanding of our processes and departments is great. The #FriendliestPeople, even in the rain... 🌧️ 🏕️ #TeamFGH were back at Beat-Herder last weekend for a slightly damp but still incredible festival! But what's a bit of rain to the festivalgoers? You can see everyone having a great time in The Fortress and Toil Trees, even with the grey skies. 💃🌳 🎤 This year, there were headline performances from Leftfield, Orbital, and Sub Focus, as well as an extensive line-up of DJs, including East End Dubs and LF System. 🐑 Did you know? There's a tattoo parlour on site, where you can choose from a Beat-Herder tattoo or a Beat-Herder tattoo!  We had a great time in Beat-Herdershire! A very special day on the 24th of the 7th (24/7) to celebrate the incredible work all front line security officers do, day in, day out. We were lucky enough to be able to showcase a small handful of the front line team at FGH security, but this extends to every single officer that works in the industry & often go unnoticed. It’s important to raise awareness of the exceptional work they do, often putting their lives at risk while keeping others safe. Celebrating 20 Years of the Security Industry Authority 🙌 The SIA hosted a reception at the House of Lords yesterday to mark 20 years of SIA licensing, and some of #TeamFGH had the pleasure of attending. This event was for SIA front-line licence holders who were nominated by their peers in the private security industry for their contributions to improving standards in security and supporting public safety. David Nduka BA (Hons) was nominated to attend as an exceptional individual and said, "I really liked the focus on front-line team members because, without them, private security companies would be nowhere.
